Illinois Sexual Harassment Training

Adhere to Illinois’ anti-harassment training regulations and improve workplace culture
All Illinois employers are required to provide sexual harassment training to all employees. Training must be provided to all new employees within 60 days of their hire date. Employers with 50 or more employees must provide retraining annually.
Training must be delivered in a language or languages that all employees can understand. Records must be kept regarding the dates the training was delivered and the names of all employees who completed it.
