As a Web Manager within the Marketing team, you will support NAVEX with your expertise in website management, maintenance, and optimisation. In this role, you’ll partner with colleagues across the Marketing organisation (content, product, demand generation, field and digital marketing) to bring content and campaigns to life on navex.com. You’ll also drive performance growth on the navex.com platform through ongoing UX, SEO, and conversion optimisation.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with the Developer, Digital Marketing to strategically develop, organise and maintain NAVEX’s corporate website

  • Maintain website governance standards across languages and geographies

  • Manage the website infrastructure and integrations, maintaining GDPR and other compliance standards

  • Serve internal customers (Marketing team) by evaluating ideas, designs, wireframes and other deliverables for potential development issues and flag feasibility challenges or user experience issues when needed

  • Act as a subject matter expert on website best practices including accessibility, GDPR compliance, UX, SEO, and CRO

  • Build and update webpages, interactive campaign landing pages and microsites using Sanity CMS (working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript a plus)

  • Serve as web request traffic manager and PM – intake requests, confirm viability, assign tasks and be accountable for quality, on-time delivery

  • Continually identify opportunities and optimise website and pages for usability, accessibility, SEO and conversion optimisation

  • Assist with website reporting and analysis

What You Will Need: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree with technical emphasis preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Experience working with global, multi-lingual websites

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo would be an advantage

  • Experience optimising websites for performance, usability and accessibility

  • Passion for being a key part of a very strong marketing team and ability to transform business requests into digital experiences

  • Desire to learn iteratively, pilot new ideas and explore creative solutions to marketing challenges

  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices, UX, SEO, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, plan sprint and releases, and prioritise appropriately

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across diverse backgrounds
