Position Summary:

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide active support to multiple teams across Sales and Sales Operations. From conducting vendor assessments to creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce, you will engage with people across NAVEX and have an opportunity to personally “wow” people with your commitment to value-added results. What You Will Do:

  • Review and manage Sales Operations’ case queues

  • Create standard reports for both ad-hoc requests and on-going projects and programs

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards

  • Review and update Salesforce fields to ensure data integrity

  • Liaise with internal teams to complete vendor assessments

  • Support additional Sales Operations tasks as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • A strong working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels within the organization

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced team environment and maintain a strong attention to detail

  • Consistent ability to follow through with tasks while managing frequent tight deadlines

  • An openness to change and willingness to take informed risks

  • Ability to work independently and confidentially

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

  • The starting pay for this role is $20.00 per hour.

  • Pay progression is based on performance.
