If employees know about or suspect illegal or unethical conduct in the workplace, they need to be confident that doing what’s right and speaking up is the best choice.
The EU Whistleblower course provides employees and managers with important information on procedures for raising concerns, as well as the protections afforded under the EU Whistleblower Directive. Learners will discover who is covered under the Directive, as well as the importance of utilising internal channels as a vital first step in the reporting process. They will also learn when and what to report, what to expect after a report is made, the limits of confidentiality and the policy against non-retaliation. A manager-specific module is available to teach employees in supervisory positions best practices for receiving and handling complaints.
Deciding to report starts with having confidence in the reporting process. This course is a key step in ensuring employees make the right choice.
