Maine Sexual Harassment Training
Updated July 2023
Adhere to Maine’s anti-harassment training regulations and improve workplace culture
Maine employers with 15 or more employees are required to provide sexual harassment training to all employees. Training must be provided to all new employees within one year of employment.
Any employee who supervises or manages others must participate in additional training that covers the specific responsibilities of supervisory employees. This includes how to take immediate and appropriate corrective action, and address sexual harassment complaints.
