Delaware Sexual Harassment Training
Updated July 2023
Adhere to Delaware’s anti-harassment training regulations and improve workplace culture
In Delaware, employers with 50 or more employees are required to provide sexual harassment training to all employees. Training must be provided to all new employees within one year of their start date, and every two years thereafter.
Supervisory employees must receive additional training within one year of taking on a managerial role. This supplementary training must cover the specific responsibilities supervisors have in preventing and correcting sexual harassment, as well as the legal prohibition against retaliation.
